point of curve where the said northerly line of said West Bay Road join;
the westerly line of Lowland Road.; running thence northeasterly on a
curve to the left having a radius of 86 feet along the line of Lowland
Road 102.07 feet to a point, the chord of said curve being North 30° 22
10" East, 96.18 feet; running thence northerly on a curve to the right
having a radius of 196 feet along the westerly line of Lowland Road as
said Lowland Road is shown on the map above referred to 54.05 feet to
a point where said westerly line of Lowland Road ; s intersected by the
southerly line of land now or formerly of Walter C. Grabie , the chord
of said last mentioned curve being 53.88 feet; running thence South 640
22' 10" West along said land now or formerly of Walter C. Grabie 325
