by Lewis N. Griffin and Justine Griffin, his wife, as mortgagor,
to Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated
August 26, 1964, and was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Liber 4457 of mortgages at page 257, and
on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $2,000.00 with in-
terest thereon at the rate of 5-1/21% per annum, and that the
grantee hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage Aebts
and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
