TOGETHER with all the right, common title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the beach, waters and lands under water of Shelter Island Sound in front of ilnd abutting set premises. This is a correction deed intended to correct the descriprion in a deed dated May 13, 1982 from Charles E. Ward and Beatrice T.
