2) An easement or right of use for telephones, recorded in,,-;,

3) conveyances and restrictions pursuant to a certain
"Declaration of Conveyance and Restriction by Birch Properties,
Inc. " , recorded in Liber 6194, at page 197, as amended by
documents recorded in Liber 6276 at page 56 and Liber 6493 at
page 27 .
4) any state of facts an accurate survey or a personal
inspection of the subject premises might show or disclose.
The party of the first part being the same person as the
grantee named in a certain deed dated October 27, 1969 from
Birch Properties, Inc. , recorded on November 7,- 1969 in
Liber 6654, page 178, in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
