THIS INDENTURE, made the day of January nineteen hundred and seventy-two
BETWEEN
MAURICE H. KING and CHRISTINE KING, his wife
residing on Olejule Lane, Mattituck, New York,
party of the first part, and
NORMAN ADDY and ALICE ADDY, his wile
residing at 1120 Suffolk Avenue, Mattituck, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or pa 1 �j land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a monument set at the point where the boundary
line between land of the party of the second part and land of Colon (formerly
Tadriek) intersects the northerly line of land of the party of the first part;
y_ running thence through the land of the party of the first part, two courses:
(1) On the extension southerly of said boundary line, S. 00, 341 30" West
72, 0 feet; thence
(2) North 540 471 10" West - 107. 09 feet to land of George Newell;
thence along said land, North 00, 371 10" East - 44. 0 feet to a monument
set at the southwesterly corner of said land of the party of the second part;
thence along said land, South 680, 571 30" East - 94, 0 feet to the point of
BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any Itteds and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the app
! and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part fn and to said premises; TO HAND AN
e HOLD the premien herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or sumessors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lim Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will bold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and willapply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sane for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the settee of this indenture so requires.
