on a certain map entitled "Map of Vista Bluff at Cutchogue , Town
of Southold, Suffolk County N.Y, made from actual survey completed
November 8, 1967 by Van Tuyi & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors,Greenport,
N.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on March 15, 1968 as Map N0. 5060.
,TQPETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon the
rat."ght-of-way, 15 feet wide, leading northerly from Glen Court to

C-3 constructed upon said right-of-way, said easement of ingress and

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises heretofore conveyed
by Rene' Gendron to the party of the first part by deed dated February
19 1972 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February
19 1972 in Liber 7097 of deeds at page 447.
' Subject to the agreement contained in said last mentioned deed on
the part of Rene ' Gendron to maintain said above mentioned stairway
