DOUGHERTY, residing at 5 Pennington Drive Huntington, New York and, ABRAHAM BENDER, residing at 21 Arista Drive, Dix Hills, Huntington, New York, party of the first part, and HENRY J. TOGETHER with a right of way over said 20 foot right of way from the southeasterly corner of the premises westerly about 620 feet to Marratooka Road.
