paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the'second part, the heirs

Northwest corner of land of Papish, from said point of beginning;

The one-third interest of each of the first three grantors results from the -
fact that each had a one-fourth interest, the partnership had a one-fourth interests
and each of them had a one-third interest in the partnership. '
H TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
