ZAZULAK and ZENOBIA ZAZULAK�-'his wife, both residing at 170 Second Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10003 party of the first part, and GEORGE MESKOURIS and HELEN MESKOURIS, his wife, both residing at 198-02 47th Avenue, Flushing, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereat crectod, situate, V7 lying and beingADHA at Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk i and State of New York known and designated as lot number 136 Block 11, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Map number 1672 which said lot is bounded and described as t follows : i � r BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Central Drive, distant �I 675 feet westerly from the westerly end of the curve connecting the s westerly side of Inlet Drive with the southerly side of Central Drive; running thence South 30 59 ' 30" West 120 feet; running thence "• North 860 00' 30" West 100 feet; running thence North 30 59 '30" Bast 120 feet to the southerly side of Central Drive; running thence along Central Drive, South 860 00' 30" East 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. SAID premises being commonly known and designated as 136 Central Drive, Mattituck, Long Island, New York. SAID premises being the same premises conveyed to grantors herein by Thomas J. Cunningham and Josephine Jean Cunningham on July 6, 1966 and recorded in the Clerk's Office in Suffolk County in Liber 5994, Page 282.
