BEING same premises conveyed to the party of the first part and Elwood L. Martz who died a resident of Suffolk County (file #12461,1971) on July 6 , 1971 as tenants by the entirety in deeds dated May 1, 1956 , recorded at L4107cp79; June 28 , 1956 recorded at L4138cp274 ; and November 30 , 1966 recorded at L6078cpl31.
