WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

THENCE along said land of George P. Lewis, two (2) courses as follows:
1. North 39 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West, 142.06 feet;
2. North 41 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West, 49.90 feet to land of said Stern;
THENCE along said land of Stern four (4) courses as follows:
1. North 63 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East 20.00 feet;
2. South 41 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds South 60.00 feet;
3. North 73 degrees 45 minutes 40 seconds East 117.76 feet;
4. South 41 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East 75.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a Right-of-Way 25 feet in width, the northerly line of which begins at the
southwesterly corner of the premises herein described; and
RUNNING THENCE along the premises and then along said land of Hugh J. Stern; North 48
degrees 00 minutes East 158.35 feet to land now or formerly of Rachel Bergamini, two (2) courses
as follows:
1. South 41 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds East 72.68 feet;
2. North 55 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds East 201.85 feet to Light House Road.
The Grantors herein being the same persons as the named Grantees in a certain deed dated August
TAX MAP 16, 1990 and recorded August 29, 1990 in Liber 11128 Page 16.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose,
