Being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the southerly end of the curve connecting the northerly
side of Middle Road (C.R. 27) with the westerly side of Conklin Road;
THENCE South 56 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West, along the north-
erly side of Middle Road, 113 .85 feet;
THENCE North 26 degrees 00 minutes West, 44. 57 feet;
THENCE North 14 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West, 57. 75 feet;
8 THENCE North 70 degrees 34 minutes 40 seconds East, 150. 33 feet
to the westerly side of Conklin Road;
THENCE South 14 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East, 30. 09 feet
to the northerly end of the curve connecting the northerly side of
Middle Road (C.R.27) with the westerly side of Conklin Road;
THENCE southwesterly along said curve, bearing to the right having
a radius of 50 feet a distance of 61.40 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING from the above described premises any portion of Lot 5
on the above described map.
