LIBER 7146 PACE 461 RIDER TO DEED BETWEEN GENEVIEVE ROBINSON AS PARTY OF THE FIRST PART AND HOWARD PETERSEN AND ROBERT MARINO AS PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, DATED APRIL 19, 1972 1. The right of way to be an easement over the land of GENEVIEVE ROBINSON for the use and benefit of HOWARD PETERSEN and ROBERT MARINO and the land conveyed herein to HOWARD PETERSEN and ROBERT MARINO by GENEVIEVE ROBINSON more particularly described in this Deed, as Parcel One and Parcel Two.
