on July 2, 1929. The grantor herein also is the same person as the
grantee in deed made by Clarence C. Fleet and Evelyn S. Fleet, his
wife, dated October 26, 1964 recorded November 2, 1964 at Liber
5644 of Deeds at page 283.

COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Pequash Acres
1. The dwelling to be erected on. each lot shall have Mot
less than 1,000 square feet of interior living area
on the main floor.
2. Each dwelling shall have a full basement of concrete
block or poured cement, except the attached garage.
3. Each dwelling shall have an attached garage.
4. No commercial vehicles shall be maintained ungaraged {
on any lot.

5. Any boat stored on the premises shall be stored RN the
rear line, if not garaged.
6. No more than two (2) house pets shall be maintained on
the premises by any lot owner.
7. No fencing, whether natural or man made, shall be erected

B. These Covenants and Restrictions shall expire on January 1,
