This Indenture,made the day of September,nineteen hundred and seventy—two

BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the southeasterly corner of
the premises herein described on the north side of Sound Avenue, said
` monument being situate North 86 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West a
distance of 57.89 feet from a highway angle monument set in the north
side of Sound Avenue;
thence running along the north side of Sound Avenue the following
three courses and distances:
1) North 86 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 132. . 06 feet;
2) North 81 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds West 273 .49 feet;
3) North 72 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds West 381. 27 feet to a
concrete monument and land of Leo W. Sledzieski;
thence running along last mentioned land the following four
courses and distances:
1) North 27 degrees 57 minutes East 97 2.2 feet to a concrete monument;
2) North 75 degrees 41 minutes East 503 .04 feet to a concrete monument;
a) In a southeasterly direction on the arc of a curve bearing to tb.e

concrete monument;
4) South 22 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East 351.61 feet to the

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and reads ebuting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first. part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hal:.;the premises herein granted unto the

The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
