ZBA Annual Training
At the November 5, 2015 Regular Meeting, the Members of the Board of Appeals
completed the required four hours of annual training by viewing the second hour of a
DVD with ATA Kiely that summarized recent determinations rendered by the
various courts of New York State involving special exception permits, variance
relief, use variances and nonconforming uses.
