PARCEL #2 All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being near Nassau Point, at East Cutchogue, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York as shown on a
certain map entitled "Map of Nassau Farms situate at Peconic,
Suffolk County, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Land
Surveyors, Greenport, New York and as and by Map #1179, more
particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bay Avenue distant 33
feet from the intersection of the southerly line of Sterling Road
with the westerly line of Bay Avenue, as shown on said map and
running thence along the said westerly line of Bay Avenue south
