RUNNING THENCE southerly in a straight line five hundred eighty-four and

day (6/2/22) conveyed by the parties of the first part to Leone D. Howell.

herein of, in and to land under the waters of Peconic Bay adjoining said pre-
mises.
The parties of the first part do hereby grant unto the parjyof the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever, the right to pass and repass and establish tele-
phone
elephone and electric light lines over a certain open right of way 25 feet wide ex..
teding southerly from the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue, nearly opposite
Maratooker Lane, over the lands of the late George B. Reeve, now owned by the
parties of the first part, and Florence B. Tilly, formerly Reeve, to the northerl;
line of the land this day conveyed to Leone D. Howell to meet another right of
way this day established along the northerly line of the land this day conveyed
to the said Howell and others.
The said right of way to the south of New Suffolk Avenue to the second establitshec
right of way being, for that distance, the same as that established by and bet+K*V:

by instrument dated 11/23/1906 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County 9/5/1907, in Liber 629 at page 168.

Being the same premises hretofore conveyed by Wilmot Y. Hallock by deed
dated June 12, 1956 to Mary Hallock O 'Donovan, .the party of the first part
herein, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Nassau County on July 6, 1956 :
in Liber 4139 at page 242.
Subject to a certain note and mortgage, not intended, at this time to be recorded
in the face amount of $38, 000.00.
