of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 1st day of July, 1938,
as Map No. 1263, Abstract No. 1278, and being more particularly
designated as and by the Plot No. Five (5) and the westerly one-half
Of Plot No. Six (Westerly 1/2 of 6) on said map, the said westerly
one-half of Plot No. Six extending from Fleetwood Road to Eugene
Creek, and both the said Plots lying in the Town of Southold, New York.
