Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 December 16, 1991 Onatier Construction Corp. 11 Seacliff Lane Miller Place, NY 11764 Re: Eugene Bechtle SCTM %1000-123-8-~.5~ Dear Sirs: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on December 12, 1991 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, ONATIER CONSTRUCTION ON BEHALF OF Eugene Bechtle applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated October 17, 1991 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on December 12, 1991 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT ONATIER CONSTRUCTION ON BEHALF OF EUGENE BECHTLE BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: Construct a 3' X 138' catwalk, 3' X 12' ramp and a 4' X 12' float. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
