The approvals for these docks were granted at out regular meeting held on December 6, 1976. The developer of "Nunnakoma Waters" - Henry C. Smith did file for a permit for these docks. However, the Trustees decided that the permits should be applied for by the individual dock owners. The Trustees have no objections to the existing docks and existing boat baSin, providing that they be restricted to the owners of the property in "Nunnakoma Waters" and that the owners of the docks secure p~ermits for them. Therefore, I am enclosing the application form and area map necessary to file your dock permit application. Also enclosed, please find an instruction sheet to facilitate the completion of your application. The next regular meeting of the Board of Southold Town Trustees will be held at 7:30 P.M., Monday, December 6, 1976 at the town board meeting room, Supervisor's Office, 16 South street, Greenport, N.Y.
