BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by deed dated December 1, 1933 and recorded December 1,
1933 in Liber 1743 of deeds at page 182, excepting therefrom certain
parcels conveyed to the County of Suffolk.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part, in and to the bed and fee now covered and
used by the Long Island Railroad Company.
