SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record as found in Declara- tion of Covenants and Restrictions dated February 14, 1974, and re- corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on the 21st day of Feb- ruary, 1974, in Liber 7592, page 202, and in Amendment thereto dated April 4, 1974, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 15, 1974, in Liber 7620, page 569.
