together, being bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Old Salt Road which
Is distant 50 . 0 feet Westerly , as measured along the Northerly side of
Old Salt Road, from the point where same is intersected by the division
line between lots 5 and 6 aforesaid; and running thence North 100 55 '
00 West 113 . 50 feet to the Southerly shore of the Yacht Basin as
shown on said map; thence in a general Easterly and Southeasterly
direction along said shore line andalong the Southwesterly shore of
James Creek as shown on said map the following courses and distances :
(1) Easterly 104 feet ; ( 2) Southerly 6-1/2 feet ; ( 3) Easterly 19 feet ; '
(4) Southeasterly 20 feet; and Southeasterly 98 feet to the division
line between Lots 4 and 5 on said map; thence Westerly along the
division line between lots 4 and 5 aforesaid and along the Northerly
side of Old Salt Road (being on a course South 790 05 ' West ) for a
distance of 173 feet to the

TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress between said lot
and Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place) over the roads
and extensions on said map , and subject to the right of ingress and
egress granted, or that may hereafter be granted, to other owners of
numbered lots on said map, and together with a right of way over the
path as shown on said map from Old Salt Road to Salt Lake Village
Beach, and to the use of said beach in common with other lot owners
for bathing and boating.
TOGETHER with an easement to use The Commons , yacht basin, the
Village Dock and Boat Landing and the two paths leading thereto from
the flag pole circle, subject to the use of the same in common by any
or all owners of numbered lots shown on said map to others• to whom
same may be granted .
SUBJECT to a mortgage now a lien on the aforesaid premises held
by Southold Savings Bank in the unpaid amount of $13,261. 99 which
mortgage debt with interest thereon the party of the second part
assumes and agrees to pay .
