WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold , at Mattituck, Suffolk Couuty , New
York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Oregon Road :at
the Aorthwest corner of the premises of the part of "he 6ecurnd part
as contained in deed Liber 5699 CP 303 ; Running thence along .said
land of the part of the second part the following two ( 2) course=
and distances as follows : (1) South 410 351 16" East 150 Feet ;
Thence ( 2) North 1430 33 ' 24" East 80.00 feet to lands of the party
of the first part this day being conveyed to Fellinger-Ihar; Run-
ning thence along said lands three ( 3) courses and distances as
follows : ( 1) South 410 351 16" East 50 feet ; (2) South 430 33 ' 2'1 "
West 100 feet; ( 3) North 410 35 ' 16" West 200 feet to the Southerly
line of Oregon Road; Running thence North 430 33 ' 24" East along
the Southerly line of Oregon Road 20 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
THIS TS a correction deed given to correct a certain deed between
the same parties dated March 6 , 1974 , and recorded March 8, 1974 ,
in Liber 7601 cp 129 , wherein the first course reads South 41c 35 '
16" East 100 feet and should read South 410 35 ' 16" East 150 feet .

TOGETHER with all right, title and pterest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to aril. streets and
roads abutting the above described pret+lises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the platy of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLT) the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the part)' of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way, whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the lien law, cotenants that flit pasty of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con:id-
crationas a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and Mill apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sante for
any, other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" wficnever the sense of this indenhare so requires.
