006d)00 under Article 9—B of the New York Real Property Law dated 3/26/85 an
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
4/2/84 in Liber 9763 at page 562 , covering the property therein
described .
The land area of the property is described as follows :
ALL that certain plot , piece or parcel of land, situate , lying
and being at Arshamomque , in the Town of Southold , County of Suffolk
and State of New York , bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Middle Road,
where it is intersected by the easterly side of land now or formerly
of Herman ;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Middle Road, the
following two courses and distances :
1 ) along an arc of curve bearing to the right with a radius of
1877 . 08 feet a distance of 149. 55 feet ;
2) North 65 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds east 91 feet to land
now or formerly of Leonard and others ;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Leonard and others , South
45 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East , 518. 24 feet to high water marl
of Arshamomoque Pond ;

THENCE along Arshamomoque Pond as it winds and turns to- land
now or formerly of Goetz, said point of intersection of the land of
Goetz with the high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond lies South 50
degrees 18 minutes west a distance of 196 . 78 feet from the point
where the westerly side of land now or formerly of Leonard and other
intersects the high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond ;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Goetz , Bagley and Herman.
North 48 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West , 566. 77 feet to the
southerly side of Middle Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the Declaration , By—Laws , site
plan and floor plans of the Condominium recorded or filed
simultaneously with and as a part of the Declaration, as the same me
be amended from time to time by instruments recorded or filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, which provisions ,
together with any amendments thereto shall constitute covenants
running with the land and shall bind any person having at any time a
interest or estate in the Home , as though such provisions were
recited herein .
TOGETHER with the benefits , rights and easements as forth
in the Condominium Documents filed and recorded as aforesaid .
The use for which the Home is intended is that of a one family
residence , subject to the applicable governmental regulations and th
restrictions contained in the Declaration and amendments thereto .
SUBJECT to covenants , restrictions , reservations , easements an
agreements of record .
This conveyance is made with the unanimous consent in writing
of all the stockholders of the party of the first part .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed recorded in Liber 11628 cp 660.
