General Comments Town Board The Town Board referred a total of 14 legislative actions for review. Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees referred the greatest number of applications for review(398) or 75 percent of the total number of applications. Planning Board The Planning Board accounted for 22 referrals Zoning Board of Appeals The Zoning Board of Appeals accounted for 39 referrals. One significant problem that was identified in the past has resulted in a change in process and more efficient reviews. The problem arose from two overlapping setbacks required in Chapter 275 Wetlands and Shorelines and the Zoning Board of Appeals jurisdiction pursuant to § 280-116 . This problem continues to be resolved by the Board of Trustees sending applicants that are subject to the two overlapping jurisdictions to the Zoning Board of Appeals first for a decision. C.
