for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article ill,
Section 300, Subsection I and Section 305 for permit to use an existing
non-con forming two family dwelling for three apartments. This propeety
located on the east side of Village Lane and the South side of Navy St.,
0rient~ N.Y. and bounded by land of Harris on the south. Fee paid $15.00
Chairman read the application for a variance, notice of disapproval
issued to applicant by the Building Inspector and legal notice of hearing
~ith affidavit attesting to its publication in the official newspaper.
Chairman: "Is there anyone here who wishe~ to speak for this app-
lication?''
Mr. Sorenson stated that he had nothing to add and stated that the
house needed modern ization badly. -
Chairman: "Is there anyone here who wishes to speak against this
application?"
~r. Terry: "It was investigated by the investigating committee.
committee contacted people in the area who had no objection b.u~ di4not
wish the Zoning to be changed, and therefore, the investigating comm-
ittee turned in an unfavorable report on the change."

Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of propertymust be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part For any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
