The electric wiring is in bad condition, and several violations in practice and use were noted, there is also an accumllation of inflamable rubbish in parts of the bul~ding, mattresses beddi~ ets should be stored in a special fire reeist~nt storage place wit~ either a sprinkler s~ste~ or a fire detector protection.
