ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the town of Southold, Mattituck, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lots 249 25 and 26 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Jackson' s Landing", and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on Isarch 28, 1969 as Map Number
5280, and a described parcel adjoining on the North, which said lots
and described parcel are more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Mill Road where the
same is intersected by the division line between land now or formerly
of Versal Holding Corporation on the blest and the westerly side of
lot 24 on aforementioned map; running thence along said division
line ( 1 ) North 8 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 190.32 feet;
(2) North 2 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds West 313 feet to land now
or formerly of Bergen; thence along said last named land South 80
degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds East 325.74 feet to the westerly side
of Mill Road; and thence along the westerly and northwesterly side
of Mill Road (1 ) South 21 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 274.28
feet, (2) South 27 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds West 97.26 feet,
(3) South 49 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds West 109.58 feet, (4)
South 58 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds West 62.98 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions as set forth in Liber 6532 of
Deeds page 19, Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
SUBJECT to easement in Liber 6622 page 216, Suffolk County Clerk's
