BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road distant a
413.68 feet westerly when measured along the northerly side of Main Road Is
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side
of Main Road with the westerly side of Maple Avenue , said point of
beginning being also where the easterly line of the herein described
premises and the westerly line of land now or formerly of E.T. Pike
intersects said northerly side of Main Road ; running thence South
72 degrees 37 minutes West along the northerly side of Main Road,
20.94 feet ; thence South 74 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds West still
along the northerly side of Main Road 46. 16 feet to the easterly
line of land now or formerly of Fred Greeves ; thence northerly and ■
westerly along the easterly and northerly line of last mentioned f
land the following two courses and distances : (1) North 14 degrees
16 minutes 20 seconds West, 266.46 feet ; (2) South 74 degrees 22
minutes, 74.31 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of
J. Eckert ; thence North 14 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds West along
last mentioned land , 134. 73 feet to a monument and land now or
formerly of J. Rose ; thence North 73 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds
East along said last mentioned land, 140.23 feet ; thence South 14
degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds East along last mentioned land and
along land now or formerly of E.T. Pike, 401.67 feet to the
northerly side of Main Road , at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party •
of the first part by deed dated August 27, 1970, recorded in the
