Boyd, formerly of Davis; running thence along land of Boyd, North 46 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West 235. 58 feet to' \ land of Cutchogue Cemetery ; thence along land of Cutchogue Cemetery two courses and distances : (1) North 47 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East, 98.48 feet; and (2) South 42 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds East, 220 feet to the northerly side of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated January 8th, 1970 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 30, 1970 in Liber 6698 of conveyances at page 510. SUBJECT TO a first mortgage held by the Southold Savings Bank in the present principal amount of $9,816.47 which the grantee hereby covenants to pay.
