The application is to construct a new 25' x 24' one story
addition which will comnect two existing structures and make one
multiple residence.
The construction will be identical with the existing
structures; floor beams 2" x 8~ on poured concrete footing and
cement block foundation, partitions 2" x 4" with sheathing and as-
bestos shingles; roof rafters will be 2" x 6" with 210 lb asphalt
roofing.
The accompanying plot diagram shows the location of the cess-
pool; there are 2 ce~pools presently in, one for each of the existing
structures. It is proposed to add 4 additional cesspools 8' in diam-
eter in series; t~ese will be located 40' south of the building,
w~ere they will be some 400 feet distant from the ordinary high water
mark of Arshamomaque Pond. The wa t er supply is from a driven well
in front of the building near the North Road.
