BEGINNI'VG at a point on the southerly side of a 30-foot Right of
Way, distant 362 feet as measured along the southerly side of
said 30-foot Right of ray from the westerly line of a 25-foot
Right of Way and which point on the westerly line of said 25-
foot Right of Way is the northeasterly corner of land heretofore
conveyed by Leone D. Trowell and Lena F. Howell, his wife, to
Bryant S. Conklin by deed dated April 15, 1926, and from said
point of beginning; running thence South 3 degrees 19 min. 10
see . East and along the westerly line of land now or formerly
of L. D. Howell a distance of 145,30 feet to a timber bulkhead
on the Great Peconic bay; running thence South 74 degrees 17 min.
30 sec . West and along said bulkhead line a distance of 74 .17 feet
to "Open Way; " running thence North 2 degrees 55 min. 00 see . West
along said "Open Way, " a distance of 140.30 feet to the southerly
side of said 30-foot Right of Way; and thence running North 70 de-
grees 00 min. Fast along the southerly side of said 30-foot Right
of Way a distance of 74 . 72 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHFR with a right of way over a strip of land 30 feet wide,
the southerly line of which beginning at the northwestcorner of
the land herein described runs on a course North 70 degrees 00 min.
Fast to the northeasterly corner, of the land heretofore mentioned
as conveyed to Bryant S. Conklin and then North-ward over another
Right of Way 25 feet wide extending northerly from the southerly
side of the first Right of ray to New Suffolk Avenue, hereinbefore
described.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the Grantor
herein by deed dated October: 17, 1972, recorded in the Office of
the.Clerk intheCounty of Suffolk, Liber 7265, cp 553, October 25,
1972.:
