RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of the herein described

Suffolk Avenue and the westerly terminus of the above described
twenty (20) feet right of way over a right of way fifty feet wide
for all ordinary purposes.
BEING the same property conveyed, no more nor less, by two deeds;
one dated August 27, 1962 from H. Alvin Smith and Dorothy R. Smith,
his wife, to Einar B. Paust and Mary Ellen Paust, his wife, which
deed is recorded in Liber 5222, cp. 28; and another deed dated
December 24, 1964 from H. Alvin Smith and Dorothy R. Smith, his wife,
to Mary Ellen Paust and recorded in Liber X93 , cp. 168, and as
corrected recorded in Liber 5721, cp. 101.
SUBJECT to all covenants, easements and reservations of record in-
cluding covenants, easements, reservations and limitations set forth
in two deeds recorded in Liber 5222 cp. 28, and Liber 5693 cp. 168 ,
and as corrected in Liber 5721 cp. 101.
