State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the center line of a 2.0 foot right-of-way
leading westerly from Naugles Drive, S. 74° 53' 10" W. 302.70 feet
along said center line from the westerly line of Naugles Drive, said
point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land of Klymko
and the southeasterly corner of land of Munro, from said point of
beginning running along said land of Klymko, S. 180 40 ' 10" E. 113.58
feet to land of Leogran,de ; thence along said land of Leogrande,°S. 78°
13 ' 30" W. 229.47 feet to land of Irma Vignes; thence along said land
of Irma Vignes, N. 180 40' 10" W. 100.20 feet to said land of Munro
and.said center line ; thence along said land of Munro, being along said
center line N. 740 53 ' 10" E. 228.24 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right-of-way 20 feet in width, the center line of

The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage execute
by Arnold Golz and Helen Golz, his wife, as mortgagors, to Southold
Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated July 17, 1967 and w s
recorded on July 21, 1967 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in LibeT
5190 of mortgages at page 179, on which mortgage there is now due the
sum of $6,573.70; and that the grantee hereby assumes and covenants t
ay such mortgage debt as part of the consideration of this conveyanc .
