The interests of the respective parties hereto shall be as follows :
As between themselves , Craig Lehmann and Susan Lehmann, his wife,
shall hold title to an undivided one-half interest as tenants by the
entirety; As between themselves , Anthony J. Feiler and Elsie Feiler,
his wife, shall hold title to 'an undivided one-half interest as
tenants by the entirety; Craig Lehmann and
Susan Lehmann, his wife, shall hold their undivided one-half interest
as joint tenants with the undivided one-half inzerest held by
Anthony J. Feiler and ♦lsie ,Feiler, his wife ; and the said Anthony J.
Feiler and Elsie Feiler, his wife , shall hold their undivided one-
half interest as joint tenant with the undivided one-half interest
held by Craig Lehmann and Susan Lehmann, his wife, said joint tenancies
being with the right of survivorship.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of tae Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this`eonveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied forst for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cosi of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
