WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other goodand valuable consideration pard
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs,or succes-

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
the parties of the first part by Jerome B. Silli=n and wife

and by William J. Wilbert Jr and others by deed dated
August 1, 1960, recorded Liber 4868 cp 84
Subject to a purchase money mortgage of '?27 ,500. this date
ii given by parties of second part to parties of the first part.

BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
