PRICE, residing at 2074 Bourbon Lane, Southold, New York party of the first part, and CHARLOTTE A. PRICE, residing at 2074 Bourbon Lane, Southold, New York, as to an undivided ninety-nine (99%) percent interest; and WILLIAM H. PRICE, JR. , residing at 2074 Bourbon Lane, Southold, New Yet as to an undivided one (17) percent interest party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being itFjyx at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of Neu York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Kenney's Road, said point being 138.27 feet south of the intersection of the easterly line of Kenney's Road and the southe line of Chestnut Road; and from said point of beginning: RUNNING THENCE North 47 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East 400.0 ,feet; RUNNING THENCE South 42 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East 100.0 feet; RUNNING THENCE South 47 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds West 400.0 feet; RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Kenney's Road North 42 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds West 100.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated January 24, 1984 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 25, 1985 in Liber 9741 page 33. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the TAX MAP premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the DESIGNATION second part forever.
