Being the same premises conveyed to Raoul C. Psaki and Mary A%.
Psaki, by deed dated the 23rd day of May, 1985 and recorded in

to an over a 25 foot Right of Way more particularly bounded and

BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Cedar Beach
