Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate
of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one story framed
dwelling. I let myself into the building with a key left
on premises and began inspection at approximately 12:10 P.M.
The building consists of a large room with a heatolator
fireplace, combining a kitchen, eating area and family room.
A full bathroom and a bedroom are located in this portion of
building. The foundation being a concrete slab. A room
having a full opening into family room is on the northeast
corner of building forming an el-shaped structure. Locust
posts are the foundation for the northeast room, the
foundation is skirted with an access door to crawl space.
Interior of structure, framing exposed, no insulation.
The following violations of The Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold.
Crawl Space - access door off hinges. Article VI, Section
52-63 B.
The building has no central heating system, and can not
be occupied between September 15th and May 31st, Article V,
Section 52-53 A.1 (Amendment State Building Code C504-1)
(858.1) June 8, 1972.
Recent repairs were made to roof facia, painting of
newly repaired areas is required, Article III, Section
52-30 C.
Inspection completed at approximately 12:25 P.M. Key was
returned to its previous location on premises.

Getchell my client on Brown's 1till Road in Orient. By probing in various rooms in the walls
and ceilings it has been determined to the best of my knowledge that the walls and ceilings have
batt insulation with a reflective face and has an R of 11.
