That she resides at 51255 County Road 48 at the corner of Clark Road and Sound Avenue in the Hamlet and Town of Southold and she makes this affidavit in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy or Pre-Existing Use for a two-family residence. 2. That your deponent has resided at the subject residence since January, 1952, on a continuous basis. For many years, the premises were a tourist home and then a three-family dwelling and then a two-family dwelling. In July~ 1982, the premises were determined by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Southold to be a legal two-family dwelling. 3. That the premises continue to be a two-family dwelling and the use of same has not been discontinued or abandoned at any time. 4. That the subject premises are maintained in first class condition and your deponent has utilized the best craftsmen, including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and the like, in this community for many years to continually and at substantial expense upgrade and maintain the facilities at the property. 5. That the premises are inhabited at the present time and completely habitable. That your deponent is aware of the limitations within the Zoning Board of Appeals determination of August 12, 1983, and has advised the purchaser of the subject premises of the same limitations by including and making as part of the contract of sale of the subject premises the two page decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals under Appeal No. 2998.
