lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being kmigi at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, which, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eugene Heights,
situate at Cutchogue, New York", (filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on October 29, 1928, as Map No. 856) are
known and designated as and by the Lots Numbers 82, 83, and which
are more particularly described as follows, reference being had to
said map;
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Oak Street where
the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 83 and 84,
running thence westerly along said division line, 125 feet; thence
northerly along the line separating lots herein conveyed from lots
107-108, a distance of 50 feet; thence easterly along the division
line, between lots 81 and 82, a distance of 125 feet, to the westerly
side of Oak Street; thence southerly along the westerly side of Oak -
Street, 50 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by Joseph
Schaub to Robert Henn by deed dated March 14, 1951, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 20, 1951 in Liber 3194 of deeds
at page 507.
