Property also contains an accessory garage; is bulkheaded on water; has a hedge down east side over the property line; and is situated in the A-Residential- Agricultural Zone with access to a Private Road by a R.O.W. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a ce~ificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5.Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable.
