DELANY, being duly sworn deposes and says: I am the surviving tenant by the entirety of Fred Delany, who died a resident of Nassau County on August 12, 1978, and I am making this affidavit in support of ~/ application for a Certificate of Occupancy on premises 330 Dogwood Lane, Southold, New York. My husband, Fred Delany, and I purchased this property as husband and wife on April 1, 1968 from Joseph and Jeanette Pokorny. We purchased this house as a one family house, and we used and occupied it continuously as a one family residence for ourselves. We have main- tained the property, and I consider it to be in very good condition. Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a survey by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, dated June 22, 1964. It is a survey of my home described above, and there have been no exterior changes since the date of this survey.
