The foregoing conveyance is made subject to the following restrictive
tcovenar_t which shall be and remain effective during the lifetime of the'F '
party of the first part so long as she shall reside in her residence
located on the northwesterly side of Mill Road directly across the
street from the two points described below, and only so long as she
shall remain the owner of the property on which said home is erected!
