WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL. that certain olot, piece or narrel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon arected, situate,
lying and being in the Town cf Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and known and designated
as Plots Nos. Twenty-seven (27) to Thirty (30) both inclusive, in Block "D", as shown on a
+ certain map made July 22nd, 1930, by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., entitled, "Map of
Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, Long Island, New York, and in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead,
New York, on July 1st, 1931, as Map No. 631, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the Southwesterly comer of the within described premises
intersects the Easterly side of Oak Drive, said point also being where the division line of map
lots 30 and 31 intersect the said Easterly side of Oak Drive;
RUNNING 'THENCE north 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East along the Easterly side of
Oak Drive 120.0 feet to the division line of map lots 26 and 27;
THENCE South 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East along the said division line 165.0 feet;
THENCE South 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West 120.0 feet to the division line of map
30 and 31 as first above mentioned;
THENCE North 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West along the said division line 165.0 feet
to the Easterly side of Oak Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
The Grantors are the same as the Grantees in deed recorded in Liber 4804 cp. 559.
The premises herein described are the same and are intended to be the same as those
conveyed to the party of the first part by deed recorded in Liber 4804 cp. 559.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
}TOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
t the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the sane first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The Nvord "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written,
