distance of 252.17 feet along said land now or formerly of
Walter Kaelim to a pipe and land now or .formerly of Adam Zaneski;
THENCE North 36 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East, 180.01 feet
along said land now or formerly of Adam Zaneski to a`pipe and

BEING AND INTENDED to convey the premises acquired by the party
of the second part by deed dated, October 26, 1967 recorded
