I have been a real estate broker in the Town of Southold for 35 years and as such, am fully familiar with the area. I am submitting this affidavit in support of the application for a Certificate of Occupancy for the building located at 1730 Youngs Avenue, Southold, New York. I have personal knowledge that the building in question at the above-mentioned address has existed in its present form since at least 1956, and the structure has not been changed or altered since then.
