said Helen E. Uhl a/k/a Helen E. Kirkwood , late of
Suffolk County, deceased,
party of the first part; and John W. Uhl, Jr. and Lois Uhl, his wife, both residing at
430 Piermont Avenue, Hillsdale, New Jersey 07642 as to a one-half interest, and
Alexander E. Luongo and Linda Luongo, his wife, both residing at 725 Carman
Meadows Drive, Manchester, Missouri 63021 , as to a one-half interest,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament, and in consideration of Ten ($10.00)
dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
re'.:ase unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

"ATF shown on "Map of Peconic Shores, located at Peconic, L. I. , Property
of William B. Codling, Northport, N.Y. surveyed September 1922,
a J.W. Wells, C.E. , Setauket, L. I. . " and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, August 5, 1924 as Map #117, said
parcel being more fully described as follows: BEGINNINGat the
�1r southwesterly corner thereof on the northerly side of Sound Avenue,
N. 540 30' E. 68 feet measured along the northerly side of Sound
Avenue, from the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 11 on said map; from
District said point of beginning running thence N. 350 30' W. 169.5 feet to
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence along
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound, N. 541 30' E. 58.0
1000 feet; running thence S. 35° 30' E. 169.5 feet to the northerly side
of Sound Avenue; running thence along the northerly side of Sound
Avenue, S. 540 30' W. 58.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.

This is a confirmatory deed pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of
Block Helen E. Kirkwood, probated in Suffolk County Surrogate' s Court, file
No. 1385P92.
0100 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to.any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
Lot and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
Ot30oT ( ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
J V l the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been cumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. y g

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to he applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the,payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
